Terms of Service and Refund Policy

1. General Terms of Service

Welcome to TB 12. By registering for any of our events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  • Registration Cancellation and Credits: If you decide to cancel your registration, TB 12 will issue a credit valid until the end of the 2025 season. This credit allows you to participate in a different World Series or location for any remaining current year’s dates, or all of the following year’s events once they are announced.

2. Refund Policy

  • Payment and Refunds: Once a registration fee is paid for an event, no cash, check, or credit card refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except if TB 12 cancels a team in advance due to insufficient player participation.

  • Player Unable to Participate: If you register and later cannot participate, you must notify us in writing with reasonable notice prior to the release of schedules.

    • Transfer Option: You may be transferred to another TB 12 team and event, subject to availability, for any remaining current summer dates.

    • Credit Issuance: If you cannot be moved to a remaining date, credits for the following year will be issued based on the timing of your cancellation:
      • 90+ days prior to the event: Receive a 100% credit for the following year.
      • 31-89 days prior to the event: Receive a $150 credit for the following year.
      • 15-30 days prior to the event: Receive a $75 credit for the following year.
      • Less than 14 days prior to the event: No credit for the following year.
