Frequently Asked Questions
What is the game guarantee?
What is the tournament schedule?
The official tournament schedule will be sent out, and put on our website 1 week before the tournament.- An idea of what to expect is:
Day 1: Pool Play games will start at 10am and those with the early games will have a coaches meeting at 8:30am. Pool play games will go on for the remainder of the day.
Day 2: Pool play games will continue until completed. We could have our skills competitions on this day as well depending on field availability.
Day 3: Bracket play will start at the directed time. If skills competitions are not completed on day 2 then they will take place on Day 3.
Day 4: Bracket play will end on day 4.
Day 5: (if scheduled): This is a rain day. Not all locations have this day built in so check your dates, but if weather causes us to push games back, instead of playing all night we will push games back to this day to allow for more games to be played during the week.
If we have a rain or lightning delay you will be notified as soon as we have an answer from the park and the new schedule in place so please be patient. If we see that it’s possible to continue to play that day we will be prepared to play on that 5th day.
Player Eligibility
All players may continue to play in their spring ball age group throughout the summer. Players are not required to move up to the next age level until September / Fall Ball Season.
Cancellation & Refund Policy?
Per our terms of service, at any point, if you cancel your registration, TB 12 will issue you a credit that is good until the end of the 2026 season. Once a registration fee is paid for an event, no cash, check or credit card refunds will be issued for any reason, unless TB 12 cancels a team in advance due to insufficient player participation. If a player registers and subsequently is unable to participate, provided reasonable notification in writing prior to the release of schedules:
A player can be transferred to another TB 12 team & event, for any remaining current summer dates, subject to availability. If you are unable to be moved to a remaining date, then you will receive a credit based on the following:

Yes, however, TB 12 players, coaches, and family members under the age of 12 are admitted free of charge. *We are currently working with the event host on getting all family members free or reduced admission!
Can we order TB 12 tournament hats, shirts and jerseys?
Yes, once player & coaches jerseys have been approved, we will have them available for purchase on our website in both youth & adult sizes including free name and number additions on the backs of the jerseys.
What is your stay to play policy?
TB 12’s policy states that all players outside of 75 miles, that are not staying in a non-hotel type property (VRBO – Airbnb, etc), are required to stay with the event’s partnering hotels. A list of hotels will be sent to each player’s point of contact upon registering for a specific event. As a Stay-To-Play event provider, all individuals will complete the hotel lodging process through the provided link, not directly with the hotel. In order to keep costs down and to avoid any financial penalties from the event host, TB 12 asks that everyone please be trustworthy and honest on this policy and adhere to the above rules when not staying in a non-hotel type property.
